Delegation Skills

‘No person will make a great business who wants to do it all himself or get all the credit’

 (Andrew Carnegie)

‘There aren’t enough hours in the day’ – how regularly do we hear this plaintive cry, often borne out of frustration at not being able to get everything done that needs to be done? Management of time is a vital feature of becoming a good leader or manager; effective delegation is in turn a key element of time management. It is also an effective development tool when used correctly and can dramatically increase individual and group performance.

  • delegate tasks with confidence
